Job Title: Experienced PMLD Learning Support Assistant Sector: Education and Training Location: Kempston Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Weekly Salary: £460 – £500 As a PMLD Learning Support Assistant, You Will: Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support for students with PMLD, helping to foster their independence and personal development. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student. Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, mobility, and hygiene, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and progress. Collaborate with the SEN team to monitor and adapt teaching strategies to support each student\’s learning journey. Utilize specialized equipment to ensure accessibility and aid in the students\’ learning experiences.
