Pastoral Support Worker for students with Learning Disabilities and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) in Littlemore, Oxford. Primary and Secondary students aged 2 to 19 years old.

A fantastic SEN school in Littlemore, Oxford is searching for a Pastoral Support Worker to work closely with their students with learning disabilities and social, emotional and mental health needs. They are looking for a compassionate, resilient individual who is willing to learn. The special school offers fantastic training in behaviour support and mental health, preparing you to support these students to the best of your ability.
The role will include liaising with external parties such as psychologists and healthcare professionals, rolling out EHCPs, and dealing with families too. This opportunity to work with social, emotional and mental health needs is available to start ASAP and will be a full-time, permanent position.
