Responsibilities- Play a key role in strategic school improvements and leadership decision making
- Contribute to behaviour and safeguarding support, attendance and student wellbeing

- Use assessment and data intelligently to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners
- Support staff to deliver inclusive and adaptive teaching across the curriculum
