Academics are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Southampton to recruit an organised and enthusiastic Cover Supervision Co-ordinator to join their team from January 2026.
This is a key role within the school, responsible for coordinating daily cover arrangements for both planned and unplanned staff absences. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the school day, liaising with supply agencies, deploying internal staff, and managing room changes and adjustments as needed.
You will also provide supervision for classes during teacher absences, following set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.
