Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking Primary Teaching Assistant and 1:1 Support Teaching Assistant candidates to work in welcoming primary schools across the Neston area. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing, particularly those who benefit from additional, personalised support.
The Role:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Help implement individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs) and tailored learning strategies
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
