We are seeking a reliable, energetic and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join a dedicated school team based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained school site.
Key Responsibilities- Caretaking duties and general site maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- General and emergency cleaning as required
- Emergency repairs and portering duties
- Liaising with contractors and site users
- Key holder responsibilities, including opening and locking up the site
- An organised, friendly and dependable team player
- Someone willing to work hard and use initiative
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Additional skills such as DIY, painting and decorating would be advantageous
- Applicants must be fit and healthy
- A clean driving licence would be useful, though not essential
