Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies and interventions to support academic growth and personal development.
  • Work within a supportive team and participate in opportunities to shadow and learn from other professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Passion and eagerness to make a difference.
  • Compassionate and empathetic, with confidence.
  • Some experience working with children is essential.
  • Experience with children who have additional needs or a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD or other challenging needs is advantageous.
