The successful candidate will inspire and challenge students across ensuring they reach their full potential in mathematics. The school would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECT's. Duties and Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher in Southend-on-sea Offer high standards of Education and training to all pupils within the school Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a love for mathematics. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed. Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
