Academics are looking to recruit a Mathematics Teacher for long term opportunities starting this term and September 2023 to work within our client secondary schools across Warrington. Our schools also have day to day supply and shorter term needs for a Maths Teacher if you’re looking for more flexible roles.
As a Maths Teacher working supply with Academics you’ll be teaching across key stage 3 and key stage 4. We have a high volume of day to day supply opportunities within our secondary schools across Warrington along with a high demand for a longer term Maths Teacher. If you’re a qualified Maths Teacher seeking a new position starting this term or September 2023 we’d love to hear from you. ECT’s are also encouraged to apply.
As a Maths Teacher working on supply with us you will need:
- A proven track record of teaching Maths across KS3, KS4 and/or KS5.
- To hold the relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed or BA Hons) with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- To be able to teach engaging Maths lessons using your own initiative whilst having an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through Academics (cost applied).
