- Proven experience supporting children or young adults, ideally within a secondary school, care, or mentoring capacity.

- A deep‑stated commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the Online Update Service, or the willingness to obtain a new one.
- The ability to provide two professional references that attest to your suitability for this role.
