Overview
Supply SEN TA East Kent. Academics in Canterbury are looking for compassionate and resilient Supply SEN TA's to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in East Kent, including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs
- Assist with tailored learning activities and classroom inclusion
- Encourage independence, communication, and confidence
- Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support progress
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- Experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
- Flexibility to work across different schools and settings
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
