We are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in growing our presence across a wider geographical area. This position is ideal for ambitious, selfâmotivated recruiters who enjoy working in a competitive yet autonomous environment.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to run a full 360 desk across Primary, Secondary or SEN schools. Strong 360 recruitment experience is highly desirable, as you will manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

What We Are Looking For:
