Job Overview
- This school caters for students aged 11–16.
- Full‑time, Monday – Friday, Graduate Cover Supervisor role.
- Deliver pre‑set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support students with a range of needs, including behavioural and emotional support.
- Apply your understanding of psychology to support student engagement and wellbeing.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads.
- Provide feedback on student progress, behaviour, and engagement.

What we’re looking for
- A degree in Psychology (or related field).
