Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well‐established private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day‐to‐day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Hours: 42 hours per week

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
- Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
