Are you an experienced EYFS practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Teaching Assistant studies? Are you seeking a full-time, term-time position in a welcoming and supportive private nursery in Lambeth?
Academics is delighted to be working with a fantastic private nursery in Lambeth, currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from May 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children within a nurturing Early Years setting, including working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a key role in supporting learning through play, promoting development, and helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
Role Details
- Start Date: May 2026
- Location: Lambeth, London
- Contract: Full-time, Term-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Pay: £95–£105 per day (dependent on experience)
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or Teaching Assistant studies
- Have experience working within an Early Years setting (nursery or primary school)
- Have experience supporting children with SEN, using differentiated approaches and tailored support strategies
- Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Be a strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
