We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Previous experience in a school, mentoring, or support role, ideally within an SEMH or alternative provision setting.
- Formal Team Teach training and the ability to apply these principles calmly and safely within a therapeutic educational framework.
- A flexible, patient approach and the creativity to adapt learning strategies to meet individual emotional and academic needs.
- A strong commitment to student wellbeing, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one promptly.
- The ability to provide two professional references that speak to your suitability for working with vulnerable learners.
