Academics are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Slough to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 Teacher with a middle leadership responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS1 teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across KS1
- Lead a curriculum area, phase or responsibility in line with school priorities
- Support and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring and collaboration
- Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise standards
- Contribute to strategic planning and school self-evaluation
- Promote a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold QTS and have proven experience teaching in KS1
- Demonstrate consistently strong or outstanding classroom practice
- Have, or be ready to take on, a middle leadership role
- Show strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Share a commitment to high expectations, inclusion and pupil achievement
