The role as an Education Support Worker includes:
- Supporting students who struggle with their class work
- Facilitating a fun and friendly learning environment
- Providing support to the class teacher
- Helping the class teacher prepare lesson materials and classroom boards
- Keeping the classroom a tidy and presentable environment
- Encouraging children to do their best
- Helping manage classroom behaviour

The successful Education Support Worker will need to be calm and compassionate. Personality is everything! You must be able to take initiative well and problem solve. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
