A supportive and well-resourced SEN school in Thatcham is looking for a Complex Needs Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role involves working closely with pupils who have severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and sensory or behavioural challenges.

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with emotional regulation, personal development, and learning, and help pupils feel safe, understood, and supported throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to deliver consistent and tailored support.
