A warm and inclusive Primary School in Oxford is looking for a dedicated ASD Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a wonderful opportunity for a graduate, Teaching Assistant, or someone with experience in SEN, behaviour support, or autism support who is eager to make a real difference in the classroom.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in psychology, education, or SEN, or anyone with a genuine interest in autism support. Experience working with children—especially those with ASD—is beneficial, but a patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach is what matters most.

Responsibilities- Support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the classroom, assisting with individual needs and ensuring they feel confident, understood, and supported.
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment that fosters academic and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies for students with ASD and other additional needs.
- Background in psychology, education, SEN, or related fields is desirable.
