SEN Teaching Assistant Required – Secondary Schools (Lincoln Area) – Academics Academics are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in secondary schools across the Lincoln area. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is temporary and long-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. It is an excellent opportunity to support students with additional needs in a rewarding educational setting. The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to access learning and engage positively in the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to support behaviour, learning, and emotional needs.
