Are you a compassionate, skilled Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? We’re working with a range of inclusive mainstream schools across the Chester area seeking a dedicated Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant who can make a genuine difference to children who need a little extra care, structure and understanding.
You’ll work alongside experienced SENCOs and teachers to:
- Deliver tailored interventions and individualised support plans
- Encourage independence and confidence in learning and social situations
- Build trusting relationships with pupils, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally
- Contribute to creating calm, positive and inclusive learning environments
What You’ll Bring
