About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 4 months to 5 years, with a particular focus on the 2–5 age group. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
- Build warm and effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
