Are you a passionate and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic SEN school in Coventry that caters to students aged 11-19 years with a variety of additional needs. The school is seeking a dedicated TA to join their supportive and skilled team on a full-time basis starting in January 2026.
The Role:
Support students with SEN in both 1:1 and small-group settings
Work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
Assist in implementing individual learning plans and behaviour strategies
Help create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environmentWhat we\’re Looking For:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience supporting students with SEN, ideally within the secondary or post-16 age range
A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach to supporting learners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
