Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 2 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work across welcoming primary schools and nurseries? Academics is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Level 2 EYPs to support children across our network of partner schools and nursery settings. The Role
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within EYFS settings
- Deliver engaging play‑based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Support children with varying needs, including those requiring additional support
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Work flexibly across nurseries and primary school early years provisions
Requirements for the Supply Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Role
- A recognised Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience working within nurseries, preschools, or primary school EYFS settings
- A caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- A Paediatric First Aid qualification is highly desirable
