Helping children ACHIEVE as much as they possibly can and to FLOURISH in adult life. Would you like to work with young people who need support in the classroom? We are working with excellent schools in the area who are looking for enthusiastic graduates or individuals with experience working with children, to join their supportive and motivated team. Your role will be to support children with Learning and Additional Needs. Additional needs may include speech and language difficulties, autism, physical difficulties and/or medical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work 5 days a week, supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with mainstream and Special Education Needs (SEN).
  • Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and your fellow Learning Support Assistants.
  • Provide caring and compassionate support to all children.
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Have your National Insurance number.
  • Provide recent and relevant references.
  • Graduates and non‑graduates are welcome.
