Learning Support Assistant - Hornchurch

Are you a motivated LSA able to travel to a school in Hornchurch? Are you looking to make your mark at a new school? Do you have experience within a teaching environment where you have been an LSA for 1-2 years?

We are seeking a motivated and buoyant Learning Support Assistant to join a respected secondary school Academy in Hornchurch.

The Role:

  • A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a secondary school in Upminster.
  • Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
  • Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.
