The Role:

Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support, adapting learning to meet the unique needs of pupils with autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to engage.

Help pupils develop essential life skills and social confidence, celebrating every achievement, big or small.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate successes.
