Academics Ltd are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants who are looking for a full-time role starting January 2026 within primary schools in the Farnborough area.

Your New Role
From January 2026, you will be working full-time in a primary school within one of the following areas:
Farnborough
Frimley
Farnborough
Aldershot
You may be supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom, across year groups from Reception to Year 6, depending on your strengths and preferences.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils with their learning and development
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Providing additional support to children with SEND or additional needs
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers
What You\’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be available to work full-time from January 2026
Have experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Be patient, caring and adaptable
Be available to attend interviews over the coming weeks and months
Be able to commute to xiskglj schools in the Farnborough area
