Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties).
- Work closely with class teachers as a learning support assistant to adapt learning materials and create a nurturing learning environment.
- Help manage behaviour positively and promote social, emotional, and academic progress.
- Support with personal care needs when required (Early Years or KS1).
- Assist in monitoring pupil progress and contributing to individual learning plans.
