Salary: MPR + Fringe Allowance + TLR (dependent on experience and responsibility)

About the Role:

An 'Oustanding' secondary school in Woking is seeking a passionate Music specialist to take on either a Lead Teacher or standard Teacher of Music role, depending on experience. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality music lessons, help nurture student creativity and performance skills, and contribute to a dynamic extra-curricular programme. The school welcomes applicants from all musical specialisms and is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs.

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a Music specialism
  • A creative educator who can inspire a love of music across Key Stages 3 to 5
  • Someone committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student development
  • A team player who contributes to wider school life and is confident in leading or supporting extra-curricular activities
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive, engaging music education
