We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic History Teacher to join a highly regarded and well-established Independent School in Richmond from March 2026 through to July 2026, with potential opportunities to extend. This full-time position (Monday to Friday) will involve teaching History across Key Stage 2 and into Key Stage 3, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons to pupils in Years 5 to 7.
The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and forward-thinking Humanities department within a school renowned for its strong academic ethos, excellent facilities, and commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
The RoleYou will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring History lessons that challenge and motivate very able and well-behaved students. The school is looking for a teacher with strong curriculum knowledge, creativity in lesson delivery, and the ability to foster curiosity and critical thinking across both primary and lower secondary phases.
