A welcoming, bright, and child-orientated primary school based in Slough is currently recruiting for a KS2 Classroom Assistant to promote and support classroom learning within Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to kick-start their career in education and gain valuable insight into the upper primary curriculum.
As a KS2 Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside specialist and dedicated teachers to help foster a stimulating and effective learning environment where pupils feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You will assist with the delivery of engaging lessons, support children\’s academic and social development, and help to create those \”light-bulb\” moments of understanding and achievement.

While previous experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery or childcare work, or classroom-based support.
