Primary Supply Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across Primary Schools in and around Southampton.

Do you have the following?

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Recent experience teaching in KS1 / KS2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

Your day may include, but not subject to:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching across day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply placements
  • Teaching pre-planned lessons and adapting delivery to meet pupils\’ needs
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils\’ academic progress, confidence, and wellbeingWorking collaboratively with school staff and adhering to safeguarding and school policies
