Academics are currently recruiting a reliable and adaptable Key Stage 2 Supply Teaching Assistant to support our partner primary schools across Bradford (Keighley & surrounding areas). This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with experience across KS2 (Years 3–6) who is confident supporting pupils and teachers in a variety of school settings and has a good understanding of how supply work operates.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
- Be confident assisting with pre-planned lessons and classroom activities
- Support behaviour management and help maintain positive classroom routines
- Demonstrate a calm, patient and engaging approach with pupils
- Be flexible, professional and reliable for short-term, long-term or emergency cover
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations
Academics works closely with a wide range of Bradford primary schools, offering regular and flexible supply opportunities for Teaching Assistants.
