The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to Key Stage 1 pupils with SEN.
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
- Promote independence, confidence, and social development.
- Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Manage behaviour positively and consistently.
- Assist with personal care and wellbeing where required.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.
About You:
