Our partner schools have varied SEN needs and are supported by strong leadership teams and a warm, welcoming staff community. They place great emphasis on providing a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment to help all children develop strong foundations for future learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed Early Years Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess stimulating lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a nurturing, child-centred learning environment that supports all areas of early development.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Support early language, social, and emotional development through high-quality interactions.
- Attend parents' evenings and contribute to whole-school events as required.
Person Specification / Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience working within Early Years / EYFS.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
