Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30

Additional Info: Academics are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to support our friendly and supportive mainstream primary schools across Keighley. Our partner schools have varied SEN needs and are supported by strong leadership teams and a warm, welcoming staff community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess stimulating lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a nurturing, child-centred learning environment that supports all areas of early development.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Support early language, social, and emotional development through high-quality interactions.
  • Attend parents' evenings and contribute to whole-school events as required.

Person Specification / Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
  • Experience working within Early Years / EYFS.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
  • Ability to differentiate teaching to support a wide range of needs.
