SEN – Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Academics are looking for a highly effective, creative and inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful HLTA will be able to enthuse, engage autistic learners and support them to develop and reach their potential. The role will focus on developing positive behaviour support and therapeutic interventions for young student in Key Stage 2, 3 & 4. All of the pupils have an EHCP with a diagnosis of Autism.
All candidates must be qualified as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent and be able to evidence this. Alternatively a qualification for a NVQ Level 3 with a commitment to complete or in the process of completing the HLTA qualification could be accepted.
The successful HLTA will have:
