HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Responsibilities:

* Guide students and ensure support within the classroom as an HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant).
* Learn students’ individual needs and adapt the classroom approach to suit them.
* Lead lessons and take on additional responsibilities as part of the education and training team.
* Collaborate with the SENCO to implement appropriate education plans (IEPs) for students.

The school offers excellent facilities and resources for you to use in lessons and student support. As an HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant), you’ll help students develop independence and functional skills in Bristol.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous experience as a TA in Specialist, Primary, or Secondary education.
* A relevant degree or qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Enthusiasm and dedication to supporting students in education and training are essential!
