Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge? A small, supportive Alternative Provision in Solihull is seeking a strong and proactive HLTA to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
- Working within a secondary alternative provision setting with small class sizes
- Supporting students with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Delivering and covering core subjects (English, Maths, Science) in the absence of teachers
- Promoting a positive learning environment and modelling calm, consistent behaviour management
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet students’ individual needs
