Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – South Bucks – September 2025

Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning. The schools are looking for like-minded individuals who will settle within the setting and be able to continue their hard work with the students. A HLTA will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher\’s absences using their planning to continue students learning without disruption.

You will be supporting pupils across the school and working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities. Your skills and experience will be put to the test by supporting the learning and development of each pupil dedicated to you, ensuring they are encouraged, supported and managed in an effective manner to meet their needs.
