The Role:

Academics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to cover teachers’ PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time across all year groups, from Early Years to Year 6. This is a part-time role, working three days a week (Monday to Wednesday).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring smooth and effective learning.
  • Work with children across the primary age range, adapting to their needs and abilities.

Desirable:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
