The Ideal HLTA Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised HLTA qualification or a Level 4 or above child-related qualification
- Previous experience supporting learning within a primary school setting
- Confidence in leading small group work and covering lessons in the teacher's absence
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development as an HLTA
