High Level Teaching Assistant Required Academics a leading teacher recruitment agency are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within our friendly village primary school in South Staffordshire on a supply basis. The role will include: Covering 2 afternoons of PPA across the school each week. Providing general classroom support for the remainder of the week, working closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing. Delivering small group interventions where required. Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils. We are looking for someone who: Holds a HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience). Has experience working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Is flexible, reliable and able to adapt to the needs of the school. Is passionate about supporting children\’s learning and progress.
