Requirements:
- Previous experience in education recruitment is essential, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates within the education sector.
- Demonstrable experience as a 360 consultant, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients alike.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities, coupled with a results‑driven mind‑set.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and identifying new business opportunities within the education market.
