Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:- Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
- Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
- Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
- Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs
- Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
- A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
- A welcoming and experienced support team
