Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: February 2026 | Term Time Only

Academics is proud to be partnering once again with an outstanding Primary school in Westminster to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to develop practical experience within a school setting while working closely with experienced teachers and SEN professionals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN

  • Support pupils\’ learning, behaviour, and emotional development

  • Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team

Contract Details

  • Start: February 2026

  • Hours: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday

  • Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, Central London (excellent public transport links)

The successful candidate will be a 2025 or recent graduate from any academic discipline, with a genuine interest in education and child development. Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable. You will be patient, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive and professional approach.

Trial days will take place in advance of the February 2026 start date.
