Academics is partnering with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Slough to offer an exciting opportunity for graduates to join as a Behaviour Support Mentor. This role allows you to gain invaluable experience working closely with pupils who need targeted behavioural support.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group interventions, working alongside teachers and SEN staff to promote positive behaviour and engagement. You will help create a nurturing and structured environment that encourages confidence and success across the primary curriculum.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate (any discipline)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s behavioural development
  • Experience with children (formal or informal) is advantageous but not essential
