We are seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join a number of Cardiff primary schools from January. About the Role

Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Confident supporting pupils in whole‑class, small‑group, or one‑to‑one settings
- Able to commit to full‑time hours, Monday to Friday, for long‑term placements
Desirable Qualifications
- STAL (Supporting Teaching & Learning) qualification
- ELSA or Thrive training
- HLTA status
