Academics are currently recruiting a reliable and adaptable EYFS Supply Teaching Assistant to support our partner primary schools across Bradford (Keighley and surrounding areas). This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with experience within EYFS (Nursery and Reception) who is confident supporting young children and teachers in a range of school settings and has a good understanding of how supply work operates.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting pupils within EYFS
  • Be confident assisting with play-based learning and pre-planned activities
  • Support children’s early development, including communication, social and emotional skills
  • Help maintain positive behaviour and established classroom routines
  • Demonstrate a calm, patient and nurturing approach with young learners
  • Be flexible, professional and reliable for short-term, long-term or emergency cover
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations

Academics works closely with a wide range of Bradford primary schools, offering regular and flexible supply opportunities for Teaching Assistants.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience and role (£85–£100 per day)
